• The opportunity to pay NO buyer's agent commission - If a buyer finds you on their own (81% of all buyers start their search on the internet) and has no realtor, you pay no commission to another realtor.   Second, you set the commission rate you are willing to pay if another realtor does bring a buyer to your door.
• Listing is good until sold.
• Easy Payment - Credit cards or checks accepted.
• Professional Sign Package - We supply you with high quality, colorful yard sign plus two directional signs that will attract lots of traditional agents and their buyers, as well as alert drive-by traffic.
• A la carte menu - We offer a number of other services from which you can select for specific prices.  You use only what you need or want.
